Clause 1 — Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the wi1win website accessible at https://wi1win.one and all related subdomains or applications.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers or uses any service offered by wi1win.
• "wi1win" or "We" refers to the entity that operates this platform under an international licence.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user to access wi1win services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account for betting or withdrawal purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any financial incentive or betting credit granted by wi1win to users subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• "Services" covers all games, betting products, slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and any other features available on the wi1win platform.

Clause 2 — Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the wi1win platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Not a resident or national of any jurisdiction that absolutely prohibits online gambling.
• Registering in their own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Has not previously been restricted, suspended or banned from using the wi1win platform.

During registration, users must provide accurate, complete and current information. wi1win reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents such as MyKad. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

Clause 3 — Account Management and Security

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account. This responsibility includes but is not limited to:

• Keeping the account password confidential at all times and not sharing it with any other party.
• Ensuring that the device used to log in to the wi1win account is secure and free from malware.
• Reporting to wi1win immediately if there is any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating personal information if any changes occur, particularly mobile number and email address.

wi1win uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect user data. However, wi1win will not be responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure of login credentials by the user themselves.

Clause 4 — Deposits and Withdrawals

wi1win supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia for user convenience. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50, regardless of the payment method selected.
• The minimum amount for each withdrawal is also RM50.
• Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within one hour.
• wi1win reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided are accurate. wi1win is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

Clause 5 — Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

wi1win offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions set for each promotion. General terms for bonuses are as follows:

• The wi1win Welcome Bonus offers a first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM500.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM150, making the balance RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Each user is only eligible for the Welcome Bonus once during the lifetime of the account.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — only net winnings obtained after meeting the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• wi1win reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, system manipulation or breach of terms.

The wi1win VIP Programme consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides different weekly cashback benefits — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0% of the qualifying bet total. VIP tier advancement is based on the user's overall betting activity.

Clause 6 — Game and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on the wi1win platform are subject to the specific rules of each game. Users are responsible for understanding the rules before taking part in any game.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed after a round ends, except in cases of proven technical errors.
• If a technical disruption occurs during an active game round, wi1win will resolve the issue in accordance with fair and consistent internal policies.
• Sports betting is subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Changes to odds after a bet is confirmed do not affect existing bets.
• wi1win reserves the right to void any bet suspected of being placed on the basis of insider information or market manipulation.
• Users are not permitted to use bots, automation software, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in games.

Clause 7 — User Conduct and Responsibilities

wi1win users are required to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using this platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassing or threatening other users or wi1win support staff.
• Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Spreading false or misleading information about wi1win to the public.
• Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Sharing account information or allowing another individual to use your account.

Clause 8 — Account Suspension and Closure

wi1win reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Confirmation that registration was completed using false information or another person's identity.
• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or activity suspected of involving financial crime.
• A voluntary request from the user to close their own account.

Once an account is closed due to a violation, wi1win reserves the right to withhold the balance in that account pending investigation. Account closure at the user's request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, with any valid balance returned after verification.

Clause 9 — Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wi1win will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activity on the platform.
• Service interruptions or unavailability caused by maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Third-party actions affecting the platform, including cyberattacks or infrastructure disruptions.
• Financial decisions made by users based on information obtained through this platform.

Clause 10 — Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between a user and wi1win, users are encouraged to contact our support team first for an amicable resolution. wi1win provides 24/7 support in Malay and English via live chat and email.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to our support email. wi1win will investigate each complaint thoroughly and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. Final decisions on disputes relating to game activity are subject to review of wi1win's system records.

These Terms and all disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which wi1win operates under its international licence.

Clause 11 — Changes to Terms and Conditions

wi1win reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this website with a clear update date.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the wi1win platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If a user does not agree with the changes made, they have the right to close their account. Account closure requests must be submitted to the wi1win support team through the available channels.
